It's been a tough couple weeks for Brad Springer Racing vs. mother nature. The rain has won several nights of racing but Brad has been able to take his #61 RaceStatus.com, K&N Filters, Conely Engines, TeamSE modified into contention a couple times. Since his Springport Motor Speedway win on May 7th, Brad has competed at Baerfield Speedway with the USA Modified Series on May 22nd where he qualified 2nd quick and finished 6th in the feature. He also made the trip up into Michigan and competed at Kalamazoo Speedway on June 5th where he didn't have a great qualifying run but ran an excellent race. Brad ran side by side for the lead for more than half of the race, keeping everyone in the stands on their feet, before tires eventually wearing out with the hard run. He still had a good finish in the 4th position of the 50 lap event. Then on June 11th he traveled back to Michigan to compete at M-40 Speedway in Jones, MI with the USA Modifieds again. Brad had a track championship in the modified division at M-40 Speedway back in 1997 so he was happy to return to the track. He was 3rd quick that night and finished runner up in the 2nd position in the feature. Brad would like to thank his wonderful sponsors: RaceStatus.com, K&N Filters, Conely Engines, and TeamSE for their continued support. The team will be back at the track this Friday at Angola Motor Speedway to compete in the rescheduled Stan Perry Memorial Race and again on Saturday at Angola Motor Speedway. Keep up to date with the team and Brad's race schedule at www.bradspringer.com. See you at the races!!
