Brad Springer Racing took the RaceStatus.com, Conely Engines, K&N Filters, NAPA, TeamSE #61 modified to Plymouth Speedway on Saturday, August 7th to compete with the USA Modified Series. Brad went into the event as the series points leader with a 20+ point lead over the second place team. The car was fast right off the trailer and Brad was the fastest car in practice along with setting fast time during qualifying being the only car to break into the 13 second bracket. The draw put Brad starting the 50 lap event in the 4th spot where he would end up finishing 2nd. Brad now leads the USA Modified Series points by over 40 points going into the last two events both at Winchester Speedway.
