Brad Springer Racing took the #61 K&N Filters modified to Sandusky Speedway on Saturday, May 12th. The car was pretty fast off the trailer, qualifying in 8th position against one of the strongest fields of modifieds in the area. The team continued to work hard on the car all day, which paid off as the car was great during the feature event. After the 30 lap race Brad ended in the 4th position. Brad Springer Racing would like to thank K&N Filters for their sponsorship this year and Chuck Crouch and Jerry Copas for all their help on the car this season. Brad will be back in action on Saturday, May 19th at the famous Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis competing with the Top Speed Modified Tour.

Brad Springer Racing took the #61 K&N Filters modified to Angola Motor Speedway Saturday, August 13th.  Qualifying put Brad 3rd quick on the board which gave him the 8th starting position for the 30 lap feature event.  Brad raced his way into the 2nd position but there just wasn't enough time to take over the top position.  This finish puts Brad 45 points ahead of the 2nd place car in the race for the points Championship with only 2 races remaining.

Sunday, August, 21st Brad Springer Racing took the #61 K&N Filters modified to Winchester Speedway to compete with the USA Modified Series.  A strong field of modifieds showed up for the rain delayed 50 lap event.  During qualifying Brad's car just wasn't as strong as it usually is and he ended up 7th out of the 24 car field.  After starting in the 10th position, Brad raced hard and ended up 5th.

Saturday, August 27th Brad Springer Racing headed back to Angola Motor Speedway in their #61 K&N Filters modified, to continue their fight for the season points Championship.  Qualifying showed Brad in the 4th position which put him in the 6th starting position for his heat race.  This week the track promoter decided to change things up a bit and said that your finishing position in the heat race would be your starting position in the feature.  Brad ended up 4th in his heat race which put him outside 4th row in the 30 lap feature event.  After getting shuffled back during the first couple laps, Brad raced his way back up to the 6th position.  The car was faster than where his finishing spot showed him but he again opened up the points lead over the 2nd place contender.  Brad will enter into the final points race next Sunday, Sept 4th with a 60 point lead.  Brad Springer Racing would like to thank their great sponsors and fans for their continued support.

Brad Springer Racing took the #61 K&N Filters, TeamSE modified to Angola Motor Speedway on September 4th for the 2011 Championship night.  Brad started the day by setting the fastest pace in practiced followed up by setting fast time in qualifying.  The car seemed to be hooked up good going into the feature event.  However starting toward the tail and fighting an ill handling car in the feature saw Brad finish in the 7th position, which was his worst finish of the 2011 race season.  After the feature the team celebrated on the front stretch in front of their hometown friends, family and fans as the 2011 Angola Motor Speedway Track Champion!  Brad thanked his great sponsors, family and wonderful fans for their support this season during his on track interview.  It has been a great season and the team is not done racing yet.  You will find Brad at tracks such as Baerfield Speedway, Sandusky Speedway and Winchester Speedway yet this season.  Stay tunded to www.bradspringer.com for schedule updates.
